# DevOps, Config & Cron

DevOps work involves many small text formats that are easy to get wrong, such as cron schedules, Unix file permissions, environment variable files and container or CI configuration. The permission 755, for example, lets the owner read, write and execute, and everyone else read and execute. Reading a setting in plain English confirms what it will do.
