# PowerPoint & Slides

Presentation tools work on PowerPoint PPTX and PPT files and OpenDocument ODP slides. A frequent need is shrinking a deck that is too large to email, usually because of embedded photos and videos; others are saving each slide as an image, combining decks from several authors and pulling out the speaker notes.
