# Email Deliverability

Whether an email reaches the inbox depends partly on DNS records that show the sender is allowed to use a domain. SPF lists the servers that may send for it, DKIM adds a signature that receivers verify with a published public key, and DMARC tells receivers what to do with a message that fails these checks.
