These terms of use cover how you may use Techolm, the website of utility tools made by Dewiride Technologies Private Limited. Use the tools lawfully and only on data you have the right to use. Tools and results are provided as they are, without warranty, and the laws of India govern these terms.

## Who provides the site

The public website at https://techolm.com is provided by Dewiride Technologies Private Limited ("Dewiride", "we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

## Free, with no account

Using Techolm at https://techolm.com is free, and you never need to sign up or sign in. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we do not promise that the site or any tool will always be available.

## What you may and may not do

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, for yourself or for your work. You must not:

- use a tool on data you have no right to use, or to break any law;
- attack the site or the people who use it, or try to get around its security;
- overload the site, for example with a denial-of-service attack, which floods a site so that others cannot use it, or with high-volume scanning;
- use the site to harm, harass or deceive anyone.

## Tools and results come without warranty

We test each tool as our [methodology](https://techolm.com/methodology) explains, but to the extent the law allows, the tools and their results are provided as they are and as available, without any warranty of any kind. Check any result that matters before you rely on it.

Tools on health, money, legal and safety topics give general information. They are no substitute for advice from a qualified professional, such as a doctor, an accountant or a lawyer.

## Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Dewiride is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Techolm, from being unable to use it, or from relying on a result. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

## Your data and our content

What you put into a tool and the results it gives you are yours: we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for having the right to use what you put in.

The site's own text, design and code belong to Dewiride. You may link to any page.

## Installations run by an organization

If your organization runs Techolm on its own servers, its written agreement with Dewiride governs that installation, and where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

We may change these terms. Every change is recorded, and the "Updated" date on this page shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.

## Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, which means that only those courts may decide such a dispute.
