# Electricity

Electrical quantities use SI units such as the volt, ampere, ohm and farad, often with prefixes like milli or kilo. Battery capacity converts from amp-hours to watt-hours by multiplying by the voltage, so a 3,000 mAh battery at 3.7 volts stores about 11.1 Wh.
