Forms

A PDF form is either interactive, with fields you can click and type into, or flat, with printed lines and boxes only. Interactive fields can be filled and saved directly, while flat forms need text placed on top. Flattening turns entered answers into ordinary page content, so they no longer appear as editable fields.
